Reindeer Games

Joseph-Beth and St. Aloysius are making it easy to do something good this holiday season.

Even if you're not into books or reading, stop by Joseph-Beth Booksellers during the holidays and help put a smile on a kid's face. Together with St. Aloysius Orphanage, the Reading Reindeer Tree is an annual Joseph-Beth tradition when customers are invited to purchase a gift for a needy child.

The public can choose an ornament from the Reading Reindeer Tree and shop for a gift at a 20% discount for a specific child served by St. Aloysius. The gifts will then be delivered to the center.

Over 165 years ago, St. Aloysius Orphanage, located just off the Norwood Lateral, was established to aid children left homeless by a cholera epidemic. Today, St. Aloysius Orphanage is a Family Teaching Center for the tri-state region, providing the tools for children and their families to be safe and successful at home, in school, and in their community. It serves as a proactive resource for children and families and to treat children who have severe emotional and/or behavioral problems.

Joseph-Beth Booksellers is located in the Rookwood Pavilion at Madison and Edwards Roads. Call 513-396-8960 for information or visit online at Joseph-Beth Booksellers.
